In recent years,with the rapid development of national rail traffic,the traditional bus production enterprises market crunch year by year,enterprises in the industry hopes will be dependent on the development of new energy bus industry,but not for long,as the country's new energy bus subsidies halfway up year by year type,profit margins have been squeezed too close to the costs,together with the industry in advance overdraft of market demand,passenger car production enterprise is facing the challenge of survival and development of large,in the face of the test of survival,with the core of innovation,high-tech technology become second start up launching.Similarly,as employees of bus manufacturing enterprises,they have to accept the challenge of innovation ability.However,due to the influence of individuals,organizations,leaders and other factors,some employees are reluctant to express their real thoughts and opinions,afraid to put forward ideas different from others,and even "stand by" and keep silent on potential problems in the development of enterprises.This not only seriously affects the improvement of enterprise innovation ability,but also is not conducive to the physical and mental health of employees and the development of personal career.At the same time,it reduces the innovation vitality of the organization,hinders the communication within the organization,affects the correct decision-making of managers,and brings potential risks to the development of the enterprise.Through the in-depth study of the reasons for the silence of Zhongtong bus employees,this paper finds that the employees' demographic characteristics,personality characteristics,psychological factors,organizational mechanism and organizational atmosphere,leadership support and leadership implicit theory are important factors affecting the silence behavior of employees.Through questionnaires for 276 employees and 17 in the first-line managers for interviews,interviews with the survey data sorting,data more evidence of the above factors influence on employee silence behavior,and combining with zhongtong coach existing management mode,put forward corresponding management and the methods of reducing staff silence behavior,to promote the benign,healthy development of enterprises.
