One development direction for the future of industrialization of buildings is green-assembled steel-structured houses.The house has many advantages,such as light weight,high strength,earthquake resistance,short construction period,high level of industrialization of the house,and high recycling rate.At present,fabricated steel structure houses are widely used in developed countries in the West,but China is still in its infancy.The climatic conditions in Xinjiang are harsh and earthquake-prone areas.The traditional structural forms have been difficult to support the current development needs of Xinjiang.The key problem encountered in the actual work is the design of the steel structure residential structure and the external protection structure.Dekun Company actively develops and promotes the DSC system of the fabricated steel structure residential.Based on the research topics,this paper studies the status quo of fabricated steel structure houses at home and abroad and the status quo of fabricated houses in Xinjiang.Based on the standardization and modularization of the design of the prefabricated steel structure,the design of the standardization,modularization,serialization and peripheral structure of the residential kitchen and bathroom space is studied.The following results and conclusions were obtained through research:1.The basic principles that should be followed in the optimization design of the apartment and the problems encountered in the optimization design process are proposed.Based on this,four design schemes are given.These solutions meet the needs of residents in Xinjiang for the comfort of the home,but also meet a variety of different functional needs,the building facade is simple and elegant,beautiful,but also solve the following problems:(1)In the process of design optimization,the architectural design failed to be integrated with the structural design,resulting in serious exposure of the beam and column,and the amount of shaped plates and the amount of on-site cutting increased.The optimized design scheme is to use the modular system to unify the building size.Reduce the amount of shaped plates and on-site cutting to reduce the amount of steel used.The outer structural column is offset as far as possible,and the inner column is displaced as far as possible to the non-main room to reduce the exposed column;the beam is built-in to reduce exposure.(2)Affected by the level of social development,the family structure is constantly changing.In order to adapt to this changing family structure,space is characterized by variability and flexibility.According to the change of the size of the residential space and the change of the quantity,the non-bearing wall of the room is moved to realize the division and merging of the room to meet the needs of the family structure change to the greatest extent.2.On the basis of the optimal design of the apartment,the modular development of kitchen and bathroom space is studied.During the research,it was found that the kitchen and bathroom space had problems such as too single form,weak standard design,and mismatched parts.The concept of modular housing,modular kitchen and bathroom,and its relationship with standardization and integration are discussed.Through the modular design study of the basic kitchen and bathroom,the above problems are solved,and the combination of the type of the modular structure of the steel structure house(the gallery type,the point tower type,the unit type)is obtained,so that the steel structure housing presents a variety of spatial forms;3.In view of the energy-saving requirements under different climatic conditions in Xinjiang,combined with the existing technologies and materials,a design scheme for the enclosure structure suitable for promotion and application in Xinjiang was proposed.The program meets the requirements for thermal performance of residential buildings in the Xinjiang Regional Implementation Rules.The first part of the thermal performance test is carried out in winter.The experimental results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the outer wall envelope structure measured by the heat flow meter method meets the requirements of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and the thermal performance parameters should be buildings.Provide a basis for annual energy analysis.
