The construction of new village community is an important measure to promote the healthy development of urban and rural integration in China,and also an inevitable choice for the rapid development of China’s urbanization.In response to the call of the state,in recent years,more and more areas have vigorously implemented the construction of "new housing" in rural areas.Idle land in rural areas has been intensively developed and scaled up,which has greatly improved the living standards of rural residents and provided more space for urban development.However,due to the large number of rural residents’ production and life pattern and urban residents have a great difference,and the functional space and shape of the new village community farm house at the present stage are the same as the urban residence,which leads to the residents from the traditional rural farm house moved to the new village community farm house will have a variety of different sense of inadaptability after living.To solve this problem,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the rural housing in the new village community,so that it can adapt to the behavior pattern of rural residents,so as to promote the harmonious development of the new village community.At the same time,in the context of China’s "3060 dual carbon target",the construction industry,as a large emitter of CO2 emissions,is looking for appropriate low-carbon design strategies is important and urgent.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the design strategy of prefabricated new village community farm houses under the guidance of low carbon.In view of the above problems,this paper carried out a research on the design strategy of prefabricated new village community farm houses in cold areas under the guidance of low carbon.The main research contents are as follows:First,the research of the new countryside community farmhouse related policies and regulations,and through field visits and surveys,to understand the climate characteristics of cold region and rural situation,to has built new countryside community from residents living will,regional culture and custom,farmhouse,space layout and architectural style,with can carry out research and the present situation of energy consumption from four aspects,It also analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of rural housing in xincun community.Second,based on the production and living behavior patterns of rural residents in cold areas,the modular functional space design of rural houses in Xincun community was carried out.The basic functional space modules of rural housing are extracted,and the detailed design of each functional space module is carried out according to the local traditional customs and the behavior habits of residents,and the combination design of functional space is carried out based on different family production modes,so as to form a reasonable and comfortable rural housing type in xincun community.Thirdly,based on the historical context,cultural customs and architectural characteristics of traditional villages in cold areas,the design elements of rural houses are extracted and modular design is carried out on the facade of rural houses in Xincun community.According to the different functions of the components,the facade modules are divided into different types,and the modular design strategy of facade components is proposed combining the regional characteristics of the cold region and the local characteristics of the rural house facade.Fourthly,the Design Builder software is used to build the carbon emission calculation model of prefabricated rural housing.Starting with carbon reduction strategy and negative carbon technology,the carbon dioxide emission under different parameters of each factor is analyzed,and the "carbon emission sensitivity index" is introduced to further calculate the degree of influence of different strategies on carbon emission.The results of the analysis put forward the optimal design strategy of the farm house in the new village community with low carbon orientation.Fifthly,Taking a resettlement area project in Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province as an example,the optimization Design practice of rural housing in Xincun community under the guidance of low carbon was carried out,and the Design Builder software was used to simulate the scheme to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the strategy proposed above.To sum up,this paper proposes a modular design strategy for the functional space and facade of the prefabricated new village farmhouse,discusses the combination of different modules,and analyzes the specific influence trend and sensitivity of different design factors on the carbon emission reduction of the farmhouse with the help of Design Builder simulation software.Finally,the optimal design strategy of prefabricated new village rural houses under low-carbon orientation is proposed :(1)during the design of window modules,the window/wall ratio of buildings should be reduced as far as possible under the premise of meeting the standard value of daylighting coefficient stipulated in gb50033-2013.(2)In the design of roof modules,sloped roof has a better effect on building energy saving and emission reduction than flat roof,and modules with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.15 and a slope of30° should be preferred.(3)In the design of sunshade components,the inner sunshade and the fixed horizontal outer sunshade can be arranged at the same time.The cantilever length of the sunshade should be 1000 mm,and the distance from the upper edge of the window should be 0mm.(4)In the application of negative carbon technology,the utilization area of solar energy resources and the area of three-dimensional greening should be increased as much as possible.Therefore,the research results can provide a reference for promoting the design of prefabricated new village community farm houses under the guidance of low carbon.
