At present,China proposes the development direction of fabricated houses for the problems of environment and energy.In the various types of prefabricated houses,the prefabricated steel structure houses have broad development prospects and have become the mainstay of housing industrialization.direction.However,due to the immature development of China's fabricated steel structure residential buildings and the lack of innovation in various supporting technologies,the interior walls of most fabricated steel structure houses continue the form of traditional block masonry,not only with fabricated steel.The characteristics of structural houses do not match,which is not conducive to the development of residential industrialization.At the same time,with the development of wall materials,the form of interior walls is also diverse,but whether it is suitable for prefabricated steel houses still needs further research.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out design research on the lightweight partition wall used in the prefabricated steel structure house.In this paper,the lightweight partition wall in the prefabricated steel structure residential building is taken as the research object.Firstly,the characteristics of the inner wall in the prefabricated steel structure residential building are clarified,and the requirements of the lightweight partition wall are analyzed to develop the lightweight partition wall.Design research.It covers the material selection,dimension design,connection construction measures,performance and industrialization requirements of lightweight partition walls,and puts forward some suggestions for the application and development of lightweight partition walls in fabricated steel structure houses.Then,comparative analysis and research on different types of lightweight partition walls,combined with field research and specific projects,analyze their respective characteristics and applicability,and hope to have certain reference value for the application and development of lightweight partition walls in fabricated steel structure houses.Finally,the participating projects are analyzed and researched.According to the relevant ideas,the problems and shortcomings in the project are analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
