Housing industrialization is a new urgent task in construction industry development in our country,the advantage is to achieve the standardization in the process of production design,industrial production,mechanical construction and information management.With the development of residential industrialization,the design and performance of the prefabricated residential enclosure are gradually increasing.The traditional prefabricated housing design is too focused on the production of individual parts,which leads to the disordered assortment of parts,unable to achieve mass production,and can not meet the construction needs of industrialization.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is applicable to the whole life cycle of buildings,to realize the communication and collaboration of various links in architecture,and to realize the collaborative mode of construction production and management.BIM’s powerful information integration function is the key to realize the collaborative design pattern of prefabricated housing.In this paper,through analyzing the characteristics of the prefabricated houses and the BIM technology,explores the BIM technology application in the design of the prefabricated wall parts are way,based on BIM fabricated outside wall of a new method for product design.The paper focuses on the creation and management of external wall product library based on BIM,and applies BIM model to design and construct the assembled external wall.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1,on the basis of traditional research,prefabricated wall part type,design standards and design method,analysis of traditional design method of the main existing problems,and puts forward the concept of prefabricated wall of product collaborative design based on BIM and design strategy,change only considers a single part design train of thought;2.The creation and management of BIM’s external wall product library is the key to realize the BIM based collaborative design.Is studied in this paper,based on the outer walls of the traditional design method,exterior part classification and coding and storing information to create path choice,and based on BIM discusses the creation process of prefabricated wall part library;In addition,how to conduct reasonable and effective management of the external wall product library,and carry out in-depth discussions on the methods of checking,inquiring,modifying,deleting and applying the products.;3,based on the above research,a prefabricated housing project in jinan as an example,the application before the creation of exterior part library,by calling the exterior part of libraries,and founded the engineering information based on BIM model,realize the rapid and preassembly prefabricated housing design;Through the information model,green building software is used to simulate the thermal performance and energy consumption of the existingexternal wall products.Based on the results,the optimization design strategy was proposed,and the improvement of external wall connection structure design was proposed by using BIM model.In conclusion,based on BIM platform,the research on collaborative design and construction optimization method of prefabricated external wall products can provide technical support for the rapid development of prefabricated housing construction.
