Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,earthquakes,floods and other natural disasters occur frequently in China.In the process of post-disaster resettlement and reconstruction,the primary duty is to build adequate post disaster transitional resettlement houses.In addition,as the current COVID-19 prevention and control work enters the routine stage,there is an urgent need to build a large number of emergency prevention and control houses for epidemic.The urgency and complexity of these public emergencies are getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements on the performance of emergency storable houses and their reserve management modes.However,the traditional emergency storable houses have poor indoor comfort and high building energy consumption,and the actual use effect is not ideal,which can no longer meet the needs of modern life.At present,there is an urgent need for a type of emergency storable houses with high energy saving ability,good indoor comfort and high applicability.Therefore,the research and development of emergency storable houses with better performance is of great significance for China to prevent and deal with major natural disasters and ensure the safety of people’s life and property.Firstly,this thesis investigated and analyzed the current situation of emergency storable houses,Summarized their type,size,combination form,structure,construction process,the indoor comfort and other aspects,summarized the current all kinds of emergency storable houses more common forms of functional requirements,size,composition and the common problems and the insufficiency.Secondly,proposed a kind of prefabricated low-energy emergency storables house structural system on the basis of the cold-formed thin-walled steel house system,based on the modular design concept,the basic module plane size,family and family composition design,structure of system,the energy conservation theory analysis and calculation,determine its reliability and energy saving.The precast outer wall panel,precast roof,precast foundation,precast indoor roof,precast indoor ground and other components and the corresponding component connection node are designed.The construction method of thermal insulation module of external wall panel joint is put forward so as to eliminate the thermal bridge of wall panel joint under the premise of reversible connection.And proposed to transfer the roof insulation system to the indoor roof part,to achieve a complete and continuous thermal insulation interface,to avoid improper construction of roof insulation system damage and thermal bridge.Through theoretical analysis,it is proved that each component and each connecting node in the system have better thermal insulation performance.Thirdly,the building system information component database is established,and the component processing process,on-site assembly process and on-site disassembly process of the prefabricated low-energy emergency storable house are refined and designed,and a more intuitive guidance animation video is formed through the information technology.For design of building model,combination,construction drawings,construction guidance animation video and integrating components such as information processing drawings,and write the prefabricated houses low energy emergency reserves management software,formed the prefabricated low energy emergency storable houses process all accurate,convenient,intuitive information management and scheduling model.Finally,the prefabricated low-energy emergency storables houses were used to simulate the design of a post-disaster emergency transition resettlement area project,and the design process of the house system was obtained.The comparison and analysis of its energy saving,indoor comfort and economy are carried out to verify that the prefabricated low-energy emergency storable houses have higher energy saving,comfort and applicability,meet the needs of disaster relief transitional resettlement.
