Research On The Requirement Analysis And Scope Change Management Of Civil Aviation Enterprise Software System

This thesis takes the information system construction of civil aviation enterprise as the research background.The thesis discusses and studies the requirement analysis and scope change management of the project.It is the core part of the project scope management.Among them,in requirement analysis,the thesis will discuss the process and method of requirement collection stage and defining project scope and peripheral interface stage.For each part,this thesis analyzes the problems and confusion in the traditional work mode from the perspective of a project manager of the IT department in an enterprise.After that,the thesis proposes solutions.In requirement collection stage,this thesis analyzes the problems and confusion in the traditional work mode as follows:(1)Project personnel in IT department could not communicate with operating department smoothly.(2)Personnel in operating department could not understand the requirement document,and the requirement lack of unified control.(3)The requirement document lack of description of data source and data processing flow.For the existing problems,the solution proposed in this thesis is as follows:(1)Establish "the person in charge of project requirements" and " the contact person of project requirements".(2)Adjust the method of writing and confirming the initial requirement document.(3)Add the description of data source and data processing flow to requirement document.In the stage of defining project scope and peripheral interface,this thesis analyzes the problems and confusion in the traditional work mode as follows:(1)Project scope description is not accurate enough,and without considering the surrounding system.(2)The data interface of the project target system and the peripheral system is not made sure in time.For the existing problems,the solution proposed in this thesis is as follows:(1)The "cutting" and optimization for project scope(2)Making sure the data interface with the peripheral system.For scope change management,this thesis analyzes the problems and confusion in the traditional work mode as follows:(1)Without unified control for scope change(2)Not careful enough to accept and execute scope change(3)After the scope change request is rejected,no other solutions or suggestions are given to personnel in operating department.For the existing problems,the solution proposed in this thesis is as follows:(1)Increase the review of application for scope change,which executive by "the person in charge of project requirements".(2)Before discussing the change request,seek alternative solutions for scope change within this project.(3)For the rejected scope change,give personnel in operating department other system solutions or suggestions.For the proposed problem and solution,this thesis uses the construction process of two practical projects as the example to analyze and compare.And then verify the solutions proposed.After the above research process,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)For the information system construction of enterprise,the traditional work mode will bring a lot of problems and puzzles.On the basis of the traditional work mode,combining with the characteristics of enterprise information system and the scientific method of project management,it can improve the level of project management and improve the quality of information system.(2)After analyzing and comparing the process and result of the example project,the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution for each part in the paper is verified.And it is also proved that the process and method,which is adjusted according to the solution,not only can smoothly complete the project tasks,but also can solve the problems listed in the thesis in the traditional work mode.
