The continuous growth of flight flow in China puts forward higher and higher requirements for air traffic controllers.Air traffic control software system plays an important role as the assistant of controllers.In this context,the air traffic control software system suppliers need to improve the software quality in order to ensure the accurate control of flights and improve the control efficiency of controllers.This paper sorts out the problems about the civil aviation air traffic control software research and development(R&D)project of company A firstly.Secondly,through literature research and interview with specialists,the quality influencing factors of air traffic control software R&D project are revised and classified,such as the adequacy of requirement understanding,customer support and cooperation,in-depth and refinement of the design scheme,team members’ air traffic control professional ability and technical level,project manager ability,team members’ quality awareness,team incentive mechanism and so on.Next,18 influencing factors are identified through the questionnaire.By using ISM interpretation structure model,these important influencing factors are analyzed to clarify internal relationship and influence mechanism.Using fuzzy scoring of experts to construct correlation strength matrix,adjacency matrix and reachable matrix,this paper constructs 8 layers of influencing factor hierarchy.It can be seen that the incentive mechanism of the team,the quality awareness of team members and the review mechanism at all stages are the fundamental factors,which will affect the project quality.Finally,improvement measures are proposed based on the key process areas of CMMI.This paper puts forward specific measures for the air traffic control project of company A,including requirement management and requirement development process area,technical solution process area,verification process area,configuration management process area,measurement and analysis process area and organizational training process area.Based on the theory of software quality management,this paper analyzes the typical problems of civil aviation air traffic control software R&D project,influencing factors,and puts forward the corresponding improvement plans.These measures are critical for the project improvement of company A,and they are also some reference points for other civil aviation air traffic control software system suppliers.
