Reaserch On The Design Method For Renovation Of Chongqing New Village Based On "Symbiosism Theory"

In the contemporary era,China's social economy develops rapidly.Impacted and shocked by economical globalization,modernization,industrialization,etc.,the gap between urban and rural areas is further increased in China.In order to shorten the gap between unbans and rural places,increase farmer's income,improve the living conditions of farmers,China introduced various policies.So,Chinese countryside enters the transition from tradition to modernity.The traditional development model of the village,the source of livelihood of the farmers and the employment methods are largely changed.As the youngest municipality directly under the central government in China,and the only municipality directly under the central government in the western region,Chongqing's new village construction is still in the initial stage of development.Despite the abundant agricultural resources,many problems such as population loss,cultural imbalances,and destruction of the ecological environment are inevitable.Thanks for the support of state,Chongqing entered a new era of rural reform.With the rise of rural construction,Chongqing's new rural construction achieved good results.In the same time,some problems exposed.For pursuing the speed and scale of new rural construction,the spatial planning of Chongqing's new rural construction mostly draws on the development model of urban spatial planning,even apply directly.However,such a blindly modeled can not only be suitable for the daily life of the villagers,but also cause a series of problems such as spatial alienation,the lack of traditional culture,and the difficulty of villagers' employment renovation.Therefore,it's particularly important and urgent to solving problems already discovered in the construction of new rural areas in Chongqing.Based on the background,taking Chongqing New Village as the research object,this dissertation analyzes a series of problems arising from the planning and construction of the new village from the perspectives of the local villagers' lifestyle,living space and living environment.At the same time,the concept of "Symbiosism" is introduced as the guiding ideology for the renovation of Chongqing New Village.After analyzing the Symbiosism theory,this dissertation starts from the three elements of symbiosis,then analyzes the same composition of the symbiotic and the new village;and finally teases the design method combining the Symbiosism theory and the new village renovation.Besides,reconstruction of Pinghe New Village in Wushan County of Chongqing is taken as an example,the dissertation attempts to construct a research framework and corresponding practical methods suitable for the reconstruction design of Chongqing New Village.This dissertation contains six chapters.Chapter one introduced the research background,research purpose,status quo of new villages' renovation in China and foreign countries,research method,innovative points and framework.Chapter two analyzed present situation of human settlements construction.Then this study explained the necessity,opportunity and ensurance of new villages' renovation in Chongqing.Chapter three and four both proposed and analyzed Symbiosism,its three elements and relevant principles.Following certain design principles,this study combined Symbiosism and new villages' renovation,and then found the Symbiosism elements of new villages' renovation.Furthermore this study,based on Symbiosism,summarized the design methods for new villages' renovation.According to the previously found design methods,chapter five applied the methods to the renovation plan of Pinghe new village in Chongqing.This study also tested and proved the operationalization of the new methods.Chapter six concluded the results and innovative points of the study.In the last,this study gave a prospect to the future research on Symbiosism-based new villages' renovation.
