Study On The Village Renovation Planning

Village renovation is one of the core contents in the construction of socialist new countryside.Reasonable renovation plan can guarantee the village renovation being carried out successfully, andso as to promote the development of socialist new countryside. Practice from all places proves thatvillage renovation plan promotes the pace of socialist new countryside and achieves good results,however, a few problems appeared in This process. In this case, therefore, It is of great significance toresearch the village renovation plan, analyze the achievements and problems during renovation andseek for the strategy of problems solving for future village renovation plan carrying out smoothly andnew countryside construction developing successfully.Based on the summary to village renovation planning and research to implementation effect tovillages in Zhengjiang province, followings are summarized:(1)Putting Villages Together(PVT) andImprovement are two basic models of village renovation in Zhejiang;(2) Problems such as lacking ofpropaganda, low public participation proportion and non-obvious to participation effect as well asrenovation characteristic still exist. Besides, unreasonableness of renovation contents and thoughtlessto production facilities also aggravate the situation;(3)Reasons why these problems exist mainly arelacking of departments linkage mechanism together with deficiency of renovation knowledge or skillto many villagers and enough investigation in-depth.In order to resolve these questions, measures from two aspects are taken into consideration.Firstlly, at the aspect of renovation method, the followings are essential:○1planning physicalexamination to people who set down;○2coordination with multi-departments and multi-industry;○3implementing public participation mechanism and respecting principal status;○4classifying therenovation plans qualitativelly and stressing the key point;○5setting the renovation contents in menutype and configurating the facilities reasonably. Then at the aspect of renovation plan, relying on themasses power and strengthening supervision and maintenance are proposed.At last, this article applies theories into practice and certifies its value of the theory throughrenovation practice to Xiao Gucheng village in Yuhang district.
