Village Renovation Planning

Against the backdrop of rapid economic growth,accelerated transformation of development mode,accelerated transformation of social structure,and profound changes in interest structure,the gap between urban and rural development is widening,and the deep-seated contradictions caused by the dual urban-rural structure are particularly prominent.The study of village renovation planning can play a positive role in the construction of beautiful villages and the realization of village revitalization strategies.In recent years,various provinces,cities,and counties in China have continuously introduced various types of rural transformation measures,and planning needs to take care of all aspects of the village.Due to the limitations and complexity of the village itself,it is necessary to understand the village in depth to complete a good village plan.Because of the lack of research on villages in the renovation projects in many areas,the expected results have not been achieved,so villagers cannot be truly satisfied.Villagers need village renovation plans that can meet the needs of living,entertainment,production,and development.Therefore,more research is needed on village renovation.These studies should have a deep understanding of the villagers' material and spiritual needs,discover problems in the village,tap the resource advantages of the village,and ultimately achieve a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the village.This article takes village renovation planning as the research object,expounds the situation of village planning at home and abroad,distinguishes the concepts of village and village renovation planning,and clarifies the content of village renovation.We have studied the relevant theories of village renovation planning from the aspects of human settlement environment theory,landscape ecology theory,landscape culture theory,and landscape aesthetic theory.Through the research and analysis of the successful cases of landscape renovation,road sorting,and public space construction,we propose the design principles and methods of village renovation planning.The principles it needs to follow are mainly people-oriented,respect for nature,reflecting local characteristics,and conducting unified planning.The main methods are to optimize the layout of the village,improve the infrastructure,excavate and use the rural characteristic elements and build an ecological landscape.We use the above design principles and design methods to complete the overall design of the village.From the five special items of landscape planning,road system,infrastructure,residential buildings,and public space,we will systematically optimize the existing problems of the village.The renovation planning of Xianshan Village,.Feidong Town Hefei City takes the multi-angle planning method as the starting point,takes the needs of the villagers as the leading point,takes the current situation of the village as the solution,goal,and combines multidisciplinary theory.This has formed a planning system for village planning and renovation.It provides examples and planning ideas for village renovation planning.
