H Passenger Transport Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as H Company)is a local private highway passenger transport enterprise in S.with the continuous development of the company,the company's business and management pattern of the text,but the original simple extensive compensation system is difficult to better cater to the company's development and transformation,under the influence of many factors,the compensation system has become inefficient,and through good compensation system to motivate employees is undoubtedly the most direct and most effective human resource management.Therefore,this paper takes the salary system of H company as the starting point,uses the salary related theories and combines the industry characteristics of H company to optimize the current salary system of H company,so as to improve the efficiency of human resource management of the company.In this study,mainly in the compensation system design under the guidance of relevant theories,the research results of scholars at home and abroad for reference,adopt literature analysis and case analysis,the study of H company's compensation system,a comprehensive introduction of the company's compensation system development situation,summarized its specific problems existing in the operation process,on the basis of deep analysis of causes of problems,combining the above theory and the successful practices of outstanding enterprises in the industry,further discusses the feasibility and necessity of the company pay system optimization,put forward the thinking of the company pay system optimization design,Then the design of compensation optimization and corresponding safeguard measures for three types of employees in the company are designed in detail.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is obtained and the research prospect is put forward.In the process of research,the company at the time of optimization compensation system,we should improve the internal compensation,encouraging drivers in contracting class line and a post of external competitiveness and internal equity of three parts,through the optimization of H company compensation system for H company to provide a set of efficient and scientific compensation system,so as to improve the company's compensation benefit-cost ratio,improve employee satisfaction,and provide some reference for the salary design for industry.
