| Witn the deepening of Chinese ages population,the government and society are faced major challenges.There is still a big gap between the developments and the needs of old-age in China.The old community reconstruction project which aims to adapt to the aging is one of the important means to meet the current urban development and construction and is also an effective technical means to adapt to the current social economic,cultural and ecological development requirements.With the upgrading of the inner urban environment in central China,the population structure of the old community is gradually aging.As the place where the elderly live,there are many problems due to historical reasons.For example,the relevant public facilities are not well equipped,and some old equipment has even lost its function,which forms a variety of security risks.With the deepening of the transformation of the community environment,the elderly has higher requirements for their living environment,which is not only to meet the material needs,but also to meet the spiritual needs.The renovation of the old community in the city can provide a better environment for the elderly to live in and be convenient with their communication so that their living conditions can be improved.This paper reviews and sorts out the research and practice on the current domestic and foreign pension modes and the transformation of elderly communities,by means of interdisciplinary method,an aging reconstruction design scheme suitable for this kind of community is put forward.Through field investigation and questionnaire survey,the environmental status,population composition and living needs of the site were analyzed,and the existing problems in the community were summarized.Taking landscape sketch renovation,community road renovation,front and facade renovation of unit building,landmark building and function design,community entrance and exit renovation as key design objects,the community is transformed to adapt to the aging. |
