Research On Landscape Planning And Design Of Old-age Community Gardens

Since the 21 st century,China's aging population has become increasingly prominent,the challenge facing the pension problem is also increasingly severe.On the one hand,the implementation of China's family planning policy for many years has resulted in the emergence of a large number of one-child families,which has brought huge pressure for the family pension;On the other hand,China's community pension and institutional pension started relatively late,the model is not perfect,the number can not meet the current needs.At present,the pension industry is mainly concerned about the improvement and design of indoor facilities for the aged,and the research on the establishment of suitable landscape system for the aged has not been too much involved.In addition,with the change of health concept,people gradually realize that their physical and mental health is closely related to the surrounding landscape environment.Therefore,it is of great practical value and significance to pay attention to the health of the elderly,apply the concept of suitable for aging to the landscape planning of the elderly community,and give full play to the role of the landscape,especially the plant landscape,in healing and health care for the elderly.This study takes "theoretical research--case analysis--strategy induction--practical design" as the overall idea,adopts literature research method,case analysis method,field research method and other research methods,combined with the guidance of landscape ecology theory,behavioral psychology theory,Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory and other relevant theories.The characteristics and needs of the elderly at home and abroad,the design of the outdoor public space and the rehabilitation theory and research on comprehensive analysis of landscape and sun city in the United States and other four typical domestic and foreign excellent retirement community general layout,the design method and idea of research and analyze,design features and advantages,learning and using the experience of its design and method,And then summarizes the strategy of landscape planning and design for the elderly community,in order to provide some reference for the planning and design of the landscape for the elderly community.According to study the physiological needs,psychological needs and behavior of the inductive demand such as optimal aging landscape design strategy,through on-the-spot investigation,the present research status of community planning,combined with the base conditions,according to the principle of optimum design theory of aging and to Qingdao in the health care community as the object for empirical research,make endowment community landscape design,We will build Zhongkang Health Community into a paradise suitable for the elderly to live in.
