Study On Aging Design Of Kanghe Road Community Complex

China is rapidly stepping into aging,the problem of social aging is becoming more and more serious.Profound changes are taking place in the mode of providing for the aged in society.Urban pension is changing to a new pension model of "community pension + home pension".At the same time,urban construction is also facing the problem of shortage of land and resources,intensive compound community complex arises at the historic moment.In view of the above background,it is extremely important to create a more humane and aging community pension life for the elderly group.As a community public supporting facilities,the community complex is closely related to the community life of the elderly.In the design of community complex,taking environmental psychology as the theoretical basis,aging design as the design means,in order to optimize the quality of community pension,to build a people-oriented,high-quality,high-efficiency community complex,It is the future development direction of community complex construction under the background of the new pension model,which is also the research purpose of this paper.In this study,Kanghe Road Community complex is selected as the research object which is located in Zhonghe District of Chengdu.The aging design of Kanghe Road community complex was studied through some research methods such as literature research,systematic analysis,case study,empirical research.The main research contents and results are as follows:First of all,the research status of aging design of community complex is understood on the basis of the research of theoretical and practical results at home and abroad.Under the background of the new pension mode,this paper analyzes the related concepts and characteristics of the aging design of the community complex.According to the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,this paper puts forward the strategies for the aging design of the community complex.Secondly,in the empirical study of the aging design of the community complex on Kanghe Road.The general situation of the study area and its surroundings is understood through the investigation and the planning conditions,the distribution of the surrounding buildings,the traffic location,the climatic conditions,the crowd structure,the present situation of the buildings,as well as the public space and supporting service facilities in the region are sorted out.Finally,the detailed analysis and scheme design of Kanghe Road community complex are carried out from the aspects of function and format,traffic streamline,public space,visual design and barrier-free design.Through this study design,we can improve the quality of life of the community pension in the study area.At the same time,it provides a certain reference value for the aging design of community complex under similar conditions.
