Optimization Of Labor Safety Management In Power Supply Section Of Mudanjiang Railway

Railway safety management is a complex project.With the development of railway,whether the safety management is stable and orderly directly affects the normal operation of the railway.Power supply safety management is a branch of railway safety management,along with whether electrified railways can stand.Under the background of the large area speed increase of railway in our country,according to the concept of security and stability,every link of railway must not make mistakes.Therefore,the zero failure of electrified railway operation is the guarantee of the safety and reliability of railway operation.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the loopholes in the process of labor safety management in the power supply section of Mudanjiang Railway,especially the human,physical and environmental factors in the operation safety,and makes feasible research countermeasures.It ensures the security,stability and reliability of electrified railway power supply.Based on a detailed overview of the overall situation of the power supply system electrified railway,this paper investigates the problem of labor safety based on the actual operation of the power supply section of Mudanjiang railway.Using the theory of accident causes to analyze the safety accidents that have occurred in the power supply section in recent years to find out the shortcomings in safety management.Finally,according to DuPont's safety management system,the labor safety management of the power supply section should be achieved from five aspects: effective labor safety management,strengthening labor safety education,strengthening on-site operation process control,focusing on labor safety under special environment,and improving the safety of labor protection supplies and utensils.The purpose of optimization is to further improve the level of safety management of the power supply section,minimize the occurrence of safety accidents,ensure the safety of employees to the greatest extent,ensure the normal progress of railway transportation,and protect national property.At the same time,the safety management of similar enterprises and enterprises that put safety first in production has some enlightenment,which has a certain reference significance for the security management of various power supply sections of railways.
