| Due to technological process, continuous production and other reasons, part of the main equipment or components will inevitably occur such as wear, deformation, failure, damage, aging and other conditions, must regularly carry out daily maintenance or unit maintenance,in order to check or repair the relevant "problem" equipment parts.Power industry traditionally divides unit maintenance into A repair,B repair,A repair,D repair(four levels).Due to the heavy workload, tight time and fewer personnel, thermal power enterprises usually outsource most of the maintenance work to the contractor.During the repair of unit A,there are many cross operations, some operations are high-risk,some operations are difficult to construct, and some contractors have low personnel quality, which is easy to cause casualties.Guohua huidian is a thermal power plant of national energy group in guangdong province.Guohua huidian generally applies systematic safety management mode.Although it has achieved certain safety management effect, there are still many areas that need to be improved.Based on the background of unit A repair of guohua huidian company, this thesis objectively analyzes the current situation of contractor safety management in unit A repair, analyzes the existing shortcomings and problems, and studies measures to improve contractor safety management.Firstly, this thesis summarizes relevant research theories at home and abroad, introduces the current situation of contractor safety management in guohua huidian, and analyzes the existing problems. Then, based on the company’s systematic safety management practice, from the management level, personnel level, construction level, environmental level, put forward to improve the unit A repair contractor safety management optimization plan. Finally,it also explains how guohua huidian company implements the scheme and evaluates the results obtained, and points out the key points in the process of implementing the scheme for relevant enterprises. It is hoped that this thesis can be helpful to the actual work of contractor safety management in unit A repair. |
