Design And Implementation Of Safety Work Plan Management System In Power Enterprise

For power companies,the safety management of power grid dispatching and other operations is an important basic business.With the continuous development of electric power informatization,it has become a major trend to improve the efficiency of power enterprise safety work plan management through computer software.In order to improve the efficiency of operation plan management and plan safety management of power grid,Panzhihua Power Supply Company has organized and implemented the research and development project of safety risk management and control platform.The security work plan management system in the platform mainly realizes the business management and security early warning management of power outage dispatching plan,periodic operation plan.This paper studies the design and implementation of safety work plan management system,and discusses the technical solutions of the system.The security work plan management system is developed by Java Web technology,SSM mode and Oracle database.Its internal functions are divided into three functional modules: work plan publishing,job plan risk management and job data statistical analysis.It also includes background algorithm for conflict detection of job plan,which can realize the company.Safety work plan management business to carry out information management.In the research work,this paper firstly collates and analyses the development situation of information management of power grid operation and maintenance dispatching operation at home and abroad,summarizes and collates the business development of Panzhihua Power Supply Company,and carries out process modeling for key business,including outage dispatching plan release,operation plan release,power grid risk release,etc.Subsequently,the security work plan management system is analyzed in detail by case study and non-functional requirements analysis.The overall functional framework,network topology and class structure and functional sequence diagram of each functional module of the system are designed.The basic idea and design scheme of the plan conflict detection algorithm are analyzed.The logical relationship of the database of the system is investigated,and the data table structure of the system is designed.Finally,we use Java Web technology to develop and implement the system,analyze the key codes,show the running effect,and validate and analyze the research and development results of the system through functional and performance tests.At the level of functional system,the safety work plan management system can manage the power outage dispatching plan,periodic work plan and security early warning management business of Panzhihua Power Supply Company informationally,and improve the efficiency and quality of business implementation.It has high practical application value.
