| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people have more and more requirements on the use and aesthetic function of buildings.The technical content and comprehensive performance of mechanical and electrical installation engineering in buildings have been greatly improved.It is more and more difficult to control the quality of mechanical and electrical installation engineering,because of its specialty,complexity and comprehensiveness.The problem of pipeline conflict occurs frequently,which seriously affects the construction quality and the full realization of building functions.In recent years,the project participants have strengthened the progress control and cost control,but the control degree of construction quality is obviously inadequate,and the problems of quality out of control happen frequently.Even if some project participants pay attention to construction quality control,the effectiveness of quality control is still relatively low.The reason of this status is that quality is a qualitative requirement.It is difficult to develop a reasonable quantitative plan for effective control like progress and cost.Therefore,exploring the method of improving construction quality control effectiveness of mechanical and electrical installation engineering has been a major issue.Considered the requirements for construction quality control of mechanical and electrical installation engineering and technical features and difficulties,aiming at the common problems of construction quality control,the paper puts forward the view,which is designing and running the method of construction quality control based on BIM,in order to control the common problems of quality control in advance,improve construction quality,reduce waste,combine all project participants closely,connect work in different stages,enhance the overall value of the project and the core competitiveness of enterprises on the basis of ensuring the progress of the project.Using the literature research,field survey and the method of combining theoretical research with empirical research,combining application highlights of construction quality control based on BIM,the author designs the workflow of quality control and tries to run the method of construction quality control based on BIM and the theory of PDCA quality control.The method can solve common problems of quality control effectively,improve construction quality,provide reference and guidance for construction quality control in mechanical and electrical installation projects.The design and running of the method of construction quality control based on BIM conforms to the development direction of BIM,improves the enterprises’ level of construction quality control and enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises.By running the method of BIM construction quality control in pilot projects,the basic database of quality control is gradually established,and the organizational structure and the mechanism of staff training adapted to it are constructed,providing organizational and personnel guarantee for the widely application of BIM in construction quality control.The workflow and method of construction quality control based on BIM of mechanical and electrical installation engineering in Hunnan international hospital--medical technology center in this paper runs reliably and achieves good results. |
