Urban rail transit of our country develops very rapidly in recent years, the field of mechanical and electrical installation works is directly related to the subway operation system. However, the growing quality accident has affected people’s normal travel and personal safety, and has caused huge economic loss and bad social influence. In the field of the increasingly stringent quality control standards and the newly "new materials, new equipment, new technology and new technology" also brought great challenges for its quality control. How to cope with these challenges, and improve the urban rail transit of mechanical and electrical installation project construction quality control level, becomes a problem to be solved at present.In this paper, the characteristics of the mechanical and electrical installation project construction quality control in rail transit are analyzed and expounded. We take power supply system of Shanghai metro line162standard engineering project as an example, according to the characteristics of construction quality control, and pays attention to the quality problem of data collection, statistics and analysis, grasp the main factors influencing the construction quality and an important link of QCC behavior as starting point, the list method is adopted, cause and effect analysis diagram, histogram, pareto diagram, the quality control chart and other quality control method, systematically analyze and control the process of construction quality control, improve the efficiency of the process quality control precision and construction, achieved good economic and social benefits. Attention in the process of QC research data collection, statistics and analysis, emphasize with the scientific objective of "data" to the construction phase quality control process and measures are analyzed and demonstrated.This article emphasizes the QCC at the scene of the mechanical and electrical installation engineering construction of urban rail transit play an important role in quality control, think QCC in the field has a broad application prospect. |
