As China's aging problem continues to intensify.Shenyang City is also one of the first to enter an aging social city.The problem of aging society also needs to be understood and concerned.However,the development of old-age facilities varies from place to place in Shenyang,and most of the old-age care institutions are unable to meet the comfortable living environment of the elderly.With the development of society,the quality of the environment for the living space of the elderly is constantly improving,and the design of the comfort of the living space,especially the design of thermal comfort,is more important.This paper will conduct research and analysis on the old-age care institutions in Shenyang,summarize the problems.use human factors to measure the optimal comfort temperature,humidity and wind speed of the elderly,and optimize and optimize the old-age care institutions in Shenyang,and propose Shenyang.The design strategy of the pension institution is as follows:The first part is based on the theory of environmental psychology,human physiology,ergonomics,human factors technology,etc.At the same time,through the field research and interviews,the elderly's demand for thermal comfort is mainly summarized,mainly temperature and humidity.And the need for three aspects of wind speed.For the study of thermal comfort of the elderly,human factors technology is used as the research method,because the most commonly used knowledge of the environment in building design is subjective questionnaire and field interview.The result of subjective questionnaire is generally sensory stimulation through the brain.The results of the analysis,the results of brain analysis and personal experience,academic background,cognitive level have greater differences,the use of human factors technology can avoid the results of subjective analysis,directly from the physiological level of the elderly,Using human factors technology to measure the comfortable temperature,humidity and wind speed of the elderly in the living space.The second part is mainly to select two old-age institutions from the researched old-age care institutions for thermal comfort design,mainly for the comfortable temperature and comfortable wind speed renovation of-Shenyang Tianzhushan old-age apartment and the comfortable humidity of Hunchun Garden Culture Center.Reconstruction,the outstanding problems for the transformation mainly from the site design,functional layout,enclosure structure selection and detail nodes to transform,for some specific details of the specific analysis.And through the use of DesignBuilder building energy simulation software to establish the reference model of Tianzhushan Pension Apartment Building No.6,to compare and analyze the different external protection structure,glass material,door and window layout,etc.The building materials for the elderly are comfortable and comfortable.The third part summarizes the problems existing in the nursing institutions in Shenyang according to the previous research and transformation experience,and puts forward some strategic design suggestions for the thermal comfort design of the old-age institutions to improve the thermal comfort of the elderly.This will improve the quality of life of the elderly,create a thermal comfort environment suitable for the elderly,and provide design reference and help for the design of this type of building.
