| This paper mainly studies the layout planning and strategy of primary and secondary schools in Hunnan District of Shenyang City,from two aspects of layout planning and strategy.Mainly including Hunnan District primary and secondary school planning objectives positioning,planning principles,the number of school-age children forecast,the number of schools and spatial distribution planning.At the same time,the corresponding solutions and strategies are put forward for the outstanding problems in primary and secondary schools in Hunnan district.lt mainly uses the literature review method,multi-disciplinary cross-study method,typical case study method and field investigation method to carry out research work.This paper reviews the relevant research situation at home and abroad by literature review,and summarizes the deficiencies of the current situation.At the same time,it combs the relevant theoretical contents,including the theory of idyllic city,eighborhood unit,F_Gilbert’s theory,New Urbanism theory,central geography theory and so on.Then,we use literature research and field survey to select typical cases for in-depth study,learn from its successful experience while avoiding the same problem.At the same time,it analyzes the future development needs of primary and secondary schools in Hunnan district,it mainly includes three aspects:developing positioning demand,developing aggregate demand and land use conditions.In order to solve these core problems and meet the future needs of primary and secondary schools,this paper studies the strategies of spatial layout planning of primary and secondary schools with Hunnan characteristics from five aspects:macro,meso,micro,implementation and management mechanism innovation.First of all,from the macro level,based on Shenyang,we should grasp the characteristics of Hunnan District and formulate the development goals of primary and secondary schools.At the same time,we should adhere to the principle of balancing as the primary principle in the layout of the districts in view of the outstanding problems of the unbalanced status quo.At the same time,we should pay attention to the connection of other special plans to ensure the implementation of the plans.Secondly,from the medium level,learning from the successful experience of other cities,using the old district and the new district two sets of standards to treat differently,Hunnan District several large areas of space layout design.Thirdly,from the micro level,it emphasizes the differences and diversification of teaching contents and corresponding supporting construction between primary and secondary schools,and advocates how far and open teaching environment.In order to ensure the implementation of the above planning,the strategies are put forward from the aspects of construction sequence,land use control line,land use guarantee mechanism,development and construction mechanism innovation and department linkage.Finally,we should encourage innovation in the management mechanism of teaching and learning,and comprehensively improve the teaching quality and environment of primary and secondary schools in Hunnan District. |
