Research On Improving The Management Effectiveness Of Power Grid Scientific Research Projects With The New Situation

Our country needs a lot of power resources,so the construction of electric power enterprises is especially important.Only effective implementation of power enterprise project management can effectively promote the development of power enterprises.The scientific research project management of electric power enterprises has great effect on the national electric power development,the electric power enterprises themselves and the project participants of electric power enterprises.Promoting the project management of electric power enterprises is conducive to expanding the scale of electric power engineering in China and promoting the construction and development of national electric power.It is helpful to improve the overall working efficiency of power enterprises and the skills and management level of employees in power enterprises.The importance of power enterprises to the management efficiency of scientific research projects will directly affect the construction and development of enterprises.Due to the repeated changes in the policies and updates of the management of scientific research projects and the rapid development of information technology in the past five years,various aspects such as the scientific research management platform,management consciousness,and management mechanism of electric power enterprises have changed.Therefore,this paper starts from researching the management effectiveness of scientific research projects.Based on projects management theory,it points out the existing problems and causes of the project management in power grid research with the new situation from the perspective of information management,supervisors and management mechanism,and then puts forward targeted measures and improvement methods.Through deepening constructing information technology,clarifying the division of responsibilities of managers,optimizing the management mechanism and other ways to improve the current situation of power industry project management,and the future development of power grid research project management is forecasted.This paper emphasizes that the improvement of the management efficiency of power grid research projects not only contributes to the growth of enterprise benefits,but also provides opportunities for employees to develop and improve.Based on the current management methods of scientific research projects,this paper analyzes the efficiency of scientific research project management of power grid enterprises,and then provides references for other scientific research projects.
