Research On Quality Management For Mobile Company Main Building In Puyang

Project quality is essential; it is a matter of personal safety and security of state property, so it should be very seriously. Over the years, scholars for the quality of project management and control of in-depth research, research methods varied, very different research methods, total quality management (TQM), IS09000 quality management system, quality skills,6σ quality management, QC Group are all in the quality of project management and control has been applied, which, total quality management (TQM) is most widely used, of course, followed by a significant improvement in quality of the project. However, there are some projects in quality management problems, this paper as a starting point, made with total quality management (TQM) and QC Group a combination of methods to solve these problems, which is the innovation of this paper.This paper describes in detail the theory of quality management and control, making empirical research the main building of mobile company in Puyang City projects.
