With the development and innovation of automation technology,China's industrial development has made a qualitative leap,but with the rapid development of cities,parking problem has become one of the common problems in first-and second-tier cities.The establishment of three-dimensional parking system has an important guiding significance to solve this problem,so intelligent parking system has become one of the new research hotspots in the field of intelligent building.In this paper,the control system of lifting and transverse stereo garage is taken as the research object,and the design of the three-dimensional parking system will be realized by combining the configuration software of the upper computer? the PLC of the lower computer and the related executive components,so as to satisfy the basic parking and picking-up functions of the users,and the relevant sensors such as limit sensor and weight sensor are used to realize the detection of the current parking status,if there are overload of pallets and over-limit of car body,alarm signals will be sent out.Firstly,in terms of algorithm,BP neural network algorithm is used to recognize license plate characters in order to realize intelligent management of the system,before character recognition,license plate image preprocessing,license plate location,license plate character segmentation and other operations are carried out,at the same time,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by using MATLAB simulation software.Secondly,in the lower computer,Siemens S7-200 PLC is used as the controller to control the corresponding motor to achieve the tray lifting and horizontal movement,so as to ensure the orderliness of access vehicles.Thirdly,in the upper computer,WINCC Flexible configuration software is used to design and monitor the configuration screen of the system,manual and automatic state switching is realized by human-computer interaction function of touch screen,so as to facilitate system maintenance.Finally,the system test is carried out,including the debugging of PLC program?touch screen program and system debugging,the debugging results prove that the intelligent three-dimensional parking management system studied in this paper has certain feasibility.
