With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the number of cars is increasing, but the parking space is limited. So parking problems in cities has become a problem that need to be solved urgently. Stereoscopic garage has been gradually accepted by the public and effectively alleviates the parking problems with it’s small floor area, space saving. As a new-type of garage, the modular aclinic and lifting stereoscopic garage has significant advantages of small floor area, fast access speed and high reliability. Therefore, this paper designs and realizes an intelligent PC software system of modular stereoscopic garage based on the modular stereoscopic garage, and improves the parking scheduling strategy.This paper analyzes the basic business requirements and then separates the PC software system into three subsystems:access control system, supervisory control system and client service system base on the structure and working principle of the stereoscopic garage. And this paper designs the main function module and working procedure of each system respectively.This paper completes the main research work as follow. Based on analyzing the detailed function and working procedure of each subsystem, realizes the main functions of each subsystem module, including access control management system’s storage access processing module, supervisory control system’s vehicle access task processing module, real-time monitoring module of garage, garage parking state monitoring module, IC card management module and user information management module of the service system. Establishes database dictionary, and optimizes the database table. Realize the communication between upper computer and lower computer through serial port. Complete the interface design and multi thread synchronization and coordination. Analysis of the factors affecting the performance of the garage, using multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm to optimize the parking scheduling strategy.At last, this paper designs the test case and running the software testing base on black box testing principle. The test results show that the software system can satisfy the design requirements, which can not only realize the efficient information processing bus also can complete the task quickly and accurately.
