Automatic Stereoscopic Parking Garage System Design Based On PLC

In today’s society,"Parking" has become the main problem in each city.It has become a serious problem that some large and medium-sized cities are lack of parking spaces in public places,which results in a series of problems,such as rolling green belt,occupying the fire channel,traffic jam,etc.The situation has seriously threatened the safety of people and affected the management order of urban roads.The control system of the three dimensional parking garage is an advanced parking mode in this paper.It consists of SIEMENS 224 as the core controller,a photoelectric sensor switch,Holzer pressure sensor,proximity switch mechanism to sense the board position,and signal acquisition CPU V20 which inverter to control the car movement to the horizontal and vertical direction.At the same time,you can also start the car brake system,related bolt,electromagnetic lock actuator corresponding to the completion of the loading plate stop function.The design of the relevant system and voice broadcast system,LED display system are to display the location of car.Using the MCGS related configuration software,the software control system for the three-dimensional parking garage is designed and debugged.A three-dimensional parking system for a three layer and 7 parking space can be realized through the test.And the storage parking space in the three-dimensional parking garage can be moved to the vehicle at the junction of the man and the car.The function of parking is realized by the multi-layer space plane.In the process of design and research,modular design is adopted to realize the automatic control of the stereoscopic garage.At the same time,in the process of design,a perfect safety system and operation system are equipped for the safety and other aspects.By designing a three-dimensional garage,the utilization rate of land and parking garage can be solved,which can effectively solve the problem of parking in large cities.
