In the twenty-first century, China’s economic development rapidly, and constantly promote the process of urbanization, car ownership increasing, leading to parking problems, has become an important factor in China’s social and economic development. Stereoscopic garage can better solve the difficult problem of urban parking. Currently, stereoscopic garage is in steel or cast concrete structures in the world. Building in steel is relatively light weight, high strength, easy construction and installation. However, fire-resistant and corrosion resistance of steel is poor, thermal conductivity coefficient is large, especially in high temperature fire, strength of building element declined rapidly, easily collapse destruction, may cause the collapse of the surrounding buildings, and even casualties. Cast concrete structure with low cost, fire resistance and good corrosion resistance and other characteristics, but in the construction process, there need to provide a large construction site, more construction workers, long construction period, a greater impact on the surrounding and other shortcomings. To meet the parking garage construction on the basis of convenience, and to make up for fireproof performance. In this grim situation, the advantages of prefabricated concrete stereoscopic garage will gradually emerge.In this paper, the prefabricated concrete stereoscopic garage for the study, during the analysis on the basis of overall structure, reinforced concrete stereoscopic garage for the overall analysis and comparison, and classified designed of the component nodes, initial formation of structural design and construction drawings, provide a reference for further research applications of prefabricated concrete parking stereoscopic garage.
