Research On The Impact Of Trade Facilitation On The Ternary Margin Of China's Machinery And Electronics Products Export To Asean

In the past two decades,the export of machinery and electronics products has accounted for the largest proportion of all products exported from China to ASEAN,and has maintained rapid growth.However,due to the impact of the international economic situation,the growth rate has decreased significantly or even experienced negative growth.With the continuous deepening of economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN,trade facilitation can reduce or eliminate the institutional and technical obstacles in international trade,and its role in promoting trade growth is increasing.Under the background of trade facilitation,this paper decomposes the export growth of machinery and electronics products though the marginal approach of three yuan,and analyzes the influence of trade facilitation to machinery and electronics products exports and export ternary marginal.Firstly,the relevant theories are used to explain the influence mechanism of trade facilitation to machinery and electronics products export ternary marginal.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's machinery and electronics products exports to ASEAN.Then,selecting the ASEAN countries with large demand in China's machinery and electronics products,this paper measures the trade facilitation index and electromechaical products exports ternary marginal of these countries,which come to a conclusion that the development of trade facilitation of countries is extremely uneven,finding that the export growth of China's machinery and electronics products to ASEAN mainly depends on the expansion of quantity marginal.Besides,using the panel data from 2007 to 2016,the gravity model is used to empirically analyze the influence of trade facilitation on machinery and electronics products exports and export ternary marginal,Which are exported to ASEAN.It is showed that the trade facilitation improvement in export destination countries has significant role in promoting China's machinery and electronics products exports,is conducive to the growth of quantity marginal and extensive marginal,and different trade facilitation measures have different effect on export ternary marginal.Finally,based on the analysis of this paper,the main conclusions are drawn,proposing following suggestions:deepening trade facilitation cooperation,promoting trade facilitation reform and optimizing the export structure of machinery and electronics products.
