With the rapid development of railway freight transportation,railway dangerous goods transportation has also entered a new stage of development.Nowadays,all walks of life pay more attention to safety issues,and the whole society has put forward higher requirements for risk management and control issues.Therefore,as a railway transportation industry,how to minimize the risk of transportation and minimize the loss of personal and property when transporting dangerous goods is an important issue for the railway transportation department to solve.Therefore,this paper analyzes the transportation risks in the process of railway transportation,which is the most prone to accidents in dangerous goods-Gas type of dangerous goods,and constructs the transportation route selection model based on transportation risks.Finally,this paper explains the risk model and the path model through a case,and provides a theoretical reference for the risk analysis and path selection in the process of gas dangerous goods railway transportation.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the paper introduces the definition of dangerous goods and the classification of dangerous goods in railways,analyzes the advantages and characteristics of railway transportation of dangerous goods,and counts the cases of railway dangerous goods transportation accidents in China in the past 30 years and the leakage of liquefied gas tankers in the United States.According to the statistical analysis of the types of accidents,it is found that most dangerous goods accidents causing serious consequences are related to the leakage of dangerous goods,and gas dangerous goods account for a high proportion in leakage accidents.The above analysis proves the necessity of studying the transportation risk of gas dangerous goods in this paper;(2)Secondly,when studying the risk of railway gas dangerous goods transportation,this paper analyzes the traditional risk theory analysis method,and combines the characteristics of the railway itself to construct a railway gas dangerous goods leakage accident rate model,and corrects the leakage accident rate.In the analysis of the risk of accident-affected population,the Gaussian plume model was used to simulate the population affected by the leakage accident,thus establishing the risk model of railway dangerous gas transportation impact population;(3)Thirdly,based on the research of road dangerous goods route selection method,this paper puts forward an evaluation index system suitable for railway gas dangerous goods transportation path,and establishes two path selection models,which are the path selection model with constraints and no constraint.Finally,the model is calculated by an example;(4)Finally,this paper selects an example to analyze the route selection model of railway gas dangerous goods.This paper selects Lanzhou City and Shijiazhuang City as the starting point and the end point of gas dangerous goods transportation respectively,and verifies the practicability and rationality of the path selection method of gas dangerous goods proposed in this paper.The research indicates that the method proposed in this paper has certain theoretical guiding significance for the risk assessment and path selection of gas dangerous goods in the actual railway transportation process.The method proposed in this paper helps the railway transportation department to conduct risk assessment and key prevention for gas dangerous goods,and select reasonable routes for transportation.
