Abstract/Summary:
With the implementation of the strategy of making the country strong in transportation,the railway construction is gradually moving towards the difficult mountainous areas in the west,and the survey risk is also increasing,which brings severe challenges to the railway geological survey work.In order to ensure the safe and steady implementation of railway geological survey,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish a safety risk assessment system and method for railway geological survey in difficult mountainous areas.Based on the geological prospecting work along a railway line in the difficult mountainous area of Southwest China,this thesis carries out a detailed study on the major risk sources such as landslide,collapse,debris flow,water damage,gob,freezing,etc.,in view of the complex geology with large relief and frequent geological disasters,as well as the complex and changeable hydrometeorological conditions and harsh climatic conditions.Systematic and comprehensive identification of risk sources in the process of operation.Based on the system safety theory and LEC method,the safety evaluation method of preventive measures is proposed.The following main achievements have been achieved:(1)A more comprehensive risk source identification system has been established.By the method of field investigation and expert investigation,the possible risk sources of geological survey in the difficult mountainous railway are divided into seven categories,which are geological disaster risk,weather disaster risk,traffic travel risk,crime risk,disease infection risk,equipment safety risk and engineering equipment operation risk,and the identification table of risk sources of geological survey in difficult areas is established.(2)Based on the risk assessment method(LEC method),a comprehensive assessment method for railway geological investigation in the difficult mountainous area is established.This method can comprehensively evaluate the possible risk sources in the process of geological survey of railway in difficult mountainous areas,and put forward the corresponding control measures,so as to effectively prevent and control the accident risk and ensure the work safety.(3)Based on the core idea of LEC risk assessment method and the risk source screening table,the evaluation method of prevention and control measures for geological investigation work in difficult mountainous areas is established.This evaluation method is used to evaluate the prevention and control of mountainous railway geological exploration projects,and to evaluate the predictability of different risk events,the preventive measures of risk events and the remedial measures after the occurrence of risk events,and establish the safety score method of preventive measures.(4)Based on the LEC risk assessment method and the safety assessment method of prevention and control measures,the project prevention and control grade evaluation method is established,and the representative site evaluation method is established by combining with the Bayesian network evaluation method.This method analyzes geological factors,environmental factors and human activity factors,and establishes the evaluation matrix to calculate the prior probability and a posteriori probability.Greatly improve the accuracy of the evaluation results.(5)Establish a closed-loop management chain of the whole process for the implementation of safety production responsibilities,hidden danger screening and management,safety education and training,safety supervision and inspection,occupational health and safety,emergency preparedness and rescue and other elements of the investigation unit and operation site,so as to provide a standardized,process and operational safety production management mode for the future geological investigation of railway construction engineering.To achieve more effective prevention and control of production safety accidents,have a guiding role for subsequent projects.
