Research Of Railway Dangerous Goods Route Selection Strategy Based On Risk Analysis

With the development of our social economy, the demand for dangerous goods increases year by year. As an important mode of transportation of dangerous goods, the railway plays an irreplaceable role. How to strengthen the management of railway dangerous goods transport, and ensure the safety of railway transportation, have become more realistic in the process of production of railway transportation. The choice of the reasonable path of dangerous goods is one of the ways to solve this problem, but the research on railway dangerous goods transport route choice is almost "blank" in the domestic. Based on this fact, this paper combines the characteristics of dangerous goods transport and the idea of the risk theory, proposes the railway dangerous goods transportation route selection method based on risk analysis and uses a corresponding example to check it. The article’s main research content is as follows:First of all, the paper introduces the definition and characteristics of railway dangerous goods. According to railway dangerous goods transportation accident case and the related study, the paper identifies the factors affecting the risk of railway dangerous goods transportation;Second, the paper introduces the theory of the risk analysis to railway dangerous goods transportation. According to the characteristics of railway, the paper establishes the risk model suitable for railway dangerous goods transportation;Third, the paper studys the existing road transport of dangerous goods route selection method. Then combining with the characteristics of railway transportation, the paper puts forward the evaluation index of railway dangerous goods transport path, establishes the dangerous goods transportation route selection models, and puts forward the solution of the models;Fourth, case analysis, through analysising an example to verify the practical operability and accuracy about the railway dangerous goods transportation route selection strategy;Finally, the paper points out the problems about dangerous goods transportation, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.Studies show that the method of the proposed model is suitable for railway dangerous goods transportation route choice problem, especially the gases, radioactive substances, toxic substances, the result helps railway departments to select the right path to transport dangerous goods.
