For the past few years,China's economic develop rapidly,the construction industry in the national economy is playing a more and more important role.The construction project itself has the characteristics of long-term and high value;the construction quality is related to the economic and social benefits of the project itself.It also has an important impact on the future development of construction enterprises;it is especially related to the safety of people's lives and property.Although China has its own advanced quality management technology and experience,engineering quality has been improved greatly,but there are still many engineering quality problems.The research on quality management in this paper is significance to project quality management.With the improvement of people's material requirements,people's attention on the product has begun to change from the utility of the product to the quality of the product.As a kind of product,engineering project also has the same characteristics.quality is the foundation of enterprise survival,quality management is an indispensable part of project management,the quality of construction project is directly related to the functional and applicability of the project.In this paper,we study the issues of project quality management of hospital,it is not only related to the broad masses of the people's life and property 'safety,but is also related to the safety of patients and medical staff.After the completion of the hospital,it will play a key role to the development of people' selfhood,in order to provide better medical services,to achieve target expected,it is imperative to study project quality management.Only through strengthening quality management,we can serve the socialist construction and the people better and better,and to achieve its own value.Based on a comprehensive review of the related theory of project quality management,this paper studies the quality management from the Construction enterprise's perspective.Taking the whole construction project as a system,this paper analyzes and studies the problems of project quality control in the process of project construction,summarizes and the problems encountered in project quality management,and put forward corresponding improvement methods.Combined with the engineering example,based on the comprehensive analysis of the first phase project for Sheng jing hospital Shen bei district,pointing out the existing problems inside and hidden dangers outside,and explored the quality control problems.Hope to provide the basis for the quality control theory and application in the future.This paper is divided into six parts.At the beginning of this paper,introduce the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and methods,and the status quo of engineering quality management at home and abroad.The second part is a theoretical overview of project quality management;mainly introduce the theory and content of project quality management,the main body and stage of project quality management.The third part describes the project overview and quality management objectives.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of people,material management and construction technology.The fifth part,based on the analysis of the reasons,puts forward practical improvement measures from the perspective of total quality management theory.The last part is the conclusion and suggestion.Through the research of this paper,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which can effectively improve the project quality management level and lay a good practical foundation for the future project quality management.
