Research On Construction Quality Management Of Shaanxi LSJ Coal Mine Apartment Building Construction Project

With the rapid development of social economy,the progress of China's construction industry is also advancing by leaps and bounds,especially with the improvement of people's living standards,which puts higher standards on the appearance,quality and performance of building products.Thus,how to further improve the quality management level of construction projects and high-quality complete has become an important topic in the construction project.The quality of construction project also determines the progress and survival of construction enterprises.It is linked to the safety of builders and the safety of people's lives and property.A lesser quality problem may lead to a big accident,causing a large number of casualties,property damage,and even destroy a construction enterprise.In recent years,construction accidents have occurred frequently,and nothing has been due to the mismanagement of project quality control.So it must be extremely valued.Quality is the life of a construction project,and the construction project has the characteristics of strong production liquidity,diverse product forms,complicated construction process,long construction period and many factors involved,which makes quality management become the top priority of construction project management.So,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study quality management of a construction project in depth.This paper introduces the concept and basic tasks of project management,the three developmental stages of quality management,the content,methods and tools of project quality management,the control of construction project quality and its influencing factors.It also expounds the characteristics of Shaanxi LSJ coal mine apartment building construction project.And combined with the construction conditions,the status qua of the project quality management,the problems and reasons for the project quality management are analyzed.Taking the Shaanxi LSJ coal mine apartment building construction project as an example,the theoretical knowledge and methods of project quality management apply to the formulation.The improvement plan of project quality management firstly establishes three principles of project quality management improvement,followed by quality control measures from five aspects: personnel management,material management,equipment management,method and a process,and environmental factors that affect quality management.Finally,using the PDCA continuous improvement method,specific project quality control measures are proposed around the three stages of project construction preparation,construction process and completion acceptance.Through the adoption of a series of measures such as perfecting the quality management system,improving the quality management organization,carrying out quality culture creation activities,strengthening common quality defect management,finished product and semi-finished product protection,to realize the optimization,improvement and promotion of the quality assurance system and quality control system.Then,from the implementation of quality management to improve the main responsibility,establish a project quality monitoring system,implement quality management performance assessment three aspects of safeguards and implementation measures,provide guidance for the implementation of the project quality management improvement program,for the project quality Guaranteed,safe,and efficient completion provides favorable support and necessary protection.At the same time,this paper hopes to provide a reference for the quality management of related construction enterprises in the construction of a similar construction project through the research and improvement of construction quality management of Shaanxi LSJ coal mine apartment building construction project.
