| The urban development of Wuhan has entered a stable period,and urban construction has begun to shift from incremental development to stock optimization.In 2017,the community planning pilot in Wuhan adopted a multi-participation and joint decision-making planning method to improve the community environment and improve the quality of community life through micro-renovation of the community.The community is an important place for urban residents to produce and live.Community renewal is an important livelihood project concerning the fundamental interests of the residents.Recently,it has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.In the old Wuhan city with rich historical charm,lots of old communities can’t meet the living needs of latter-day residents,and there are serious problems such as imbalance of community ecological structure,social class conflict,cultural chain interruption,etc.Under the background of the profound historical change that the country vigorously promotes “double urban repair”,community renewal needs to abandon the material space transformation level that only focuses on the surface.It should pay attention to the protection and inheritance of community history and culture,focus on humanistic care,and encourage multiple entities to be involved together.Based on the researches of the historical changes and the current situation of Wuhan’s old communities,this paper summarizes the reasons for the decline and the value of old Wuhan communities.Put forward the concept of “people-oriented,follow the people’s wishes”,and establish a standardized work method of the design for Wuhan old community update and upgrade function.By excavating the value of the existing assets,and refining the key elements affecting the renewal and transformation model of the old communities in Wuhan,combing the types of the renewal and transformation models,proposing the design countermeasures for update and upgrade function and integrating relevant technical points for the old communities in Wuhan.The community of Ge Jiaying in Wuhan was selected as an implementation case to verify the rationality of the design for the old community update and upgrade function.In order to achieve the healthy development of the community.It’s necessary to transform the material space of the old community and to carry on and improve the social culture. |
