The airport is an equipment-intensive based enterprise.When passengers arrive at the airport,they have "close contact" with the airport equipment,such as CUSS,BHS,Departure system of airlines,Passenger boarding bridge,etc.The operating status of each device is closely related to the passenger experience.Only the key equipment of the airport is in good operating condition,and the airport can achieve high-efficiency operation and ensure passengers' flight experience.Establishing an effective and sustainable equipment management system plays a crucial role in promoting the development of the airport.Since 1997,Equipment management of Fuzhou Airport has been using the model of breakdown maintenance(BM)and planned maintenance(PM).As passenger and cargo traffic increases,the traditional equipment management mode has been unable to keep up with the passengers' demand for safety,service and convenience.The problem has become increasingly significant.This paper first introduces the existing equipment management mode and organizational structure of Fuzhou Airport.On the base of deeply studying the current situation of equipment management,the paper points out the existing problems.According to Lean TnPM management theory,the paper gives the feasible normative steps and the propose solutions for the problems found,from seven dimensions of equipment asset classification,prophase management,maintenance management,spare parts management,equipment scrap management,personnel training and informatization management.A set of Lean TnPM equipment management system and import method was designed for Fuzhou AirportAfter nearly two and a half years of introduction and implementation,the Lean TnPM system of Fuzhou Airport has been initially completed.Using the idea of PDCA,Fuzhou Airport completed the preparation of improvement plan,project implementation,establishing a reward and punishment system etc.,and it continuously improved with the Lean thinking.Fuzhou Airport has formed an organization dedicated to promoting Lean TnPM system.Through 6S activities,KAIZEN,SDA/SGA project implementation,it has created a good environment for equipment improvement,and trained a batch of Lean TnPM leader.This has certain reference significance for other domestic airports to introduce Lean management and TnPM system.
