| The power supply company is an important part of the power industry,taking on the important role of ensuring the stable energy supply and maintaining the safe operation of the power grid.The main task of the power supply company is to provide reliable energy supply for the development our economy.With the rapid development of China's electric power industry,the new generation of grid transmission and distribution equipment,represented by UHV and smart grid,is being put into use,the scale and technology of the power grid have developed significantly.We are also seeing the rapid improvement of the our management standards and quality assurance for the transmission and transformation equipment.However,there is a conflict between the traditional transmission/distribution equipment operation,mode of operation management and management/maintenance standards which have been developed rapidly,this conflit is becoming bigger and bigger and has been put on the table.Low efficiency,lack of coordination organization and coordination scheduling difficulties in emergency transport coordination difficulties etc..According to the current situation of transportation and inspection management of transmission and distribution equipment in Jinhua power supply company,combined with lean management and process optimization theory,the lean management research of transmission and distribution equipment in Jinhua power supply company has been started.Firstly,we introduce the research background,summarize the research status of lean management and transmission/distribution equipment inspection management in both China and foreign countries,we clarify the research contents and research methods,and draw up the research blueprints.Then,we devide the theoretical research from the lean management,process optimization,power supply enterprises of power transmission equipment operation and maintenance management mode into three separate aspects,we treat the "elimination of waste" and "continuous improvement" as the core of lean management,we advised to make process of evaluation,analysis,improvement and implementation of the main steps of the process optimization model.Then,we started research for Jinhua power supply company in two aspects:company personnel distribution and operation process,and we draw a conclusion of the professional vertical management method and the difficulties of horizontal communication based on many aspects:Grid equipment scale is becoming bigger and bigger.Difficulty in production planning.Lack of smoothness in power equipment operation and maintenance management process.Difficulty of process control in the situation of emergency;Difficulty of coordination between different departments and stuff.Then,we provide the premium management solution program for the Jinhua power supply company in four aspects,which includes the dangerous point pre control for lean evaluation system,the forerunner of the transmission change with the equipment inspection plan of lean management and control system,transmission/distribution equipment operation inspection and lean process control standard system.Finally,from the four aspects of power supply reliability and safety,we selected 12 specific indicators,by using the method of AHP,we constructed the evaluation model,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the lean management program implementation of Jinhua power supply company.By comparing and evaluation,we can determine the AHP model based on analysis of different layers,this modle can objectively evaluate the implementation of Jinhua power supply company transmission equipment operation/maintenance mode,this is very helpful to the continuous improvement of lean management mode;the program of transmission/distribution equipment operation and maintenance of lean management is very successful in the domain of power supply reliability,safety,economy and easy-to-operate,it can significantly improve the management level of power distribution/transmission in Jinhua Power Supply Company. |
