Abstract/Summary:
New energy automobiles have the advantages of energy saving and emission reduction.The development of new energy automobiles is in line with the current concept of green low-carbon technology,focusing on the construction of ecological civilization.Significant achievements have been made in the development of new energy automobile in recent years.From 2015 to 2017,China’s production and sales of new energy automobiles ranked first in the world and the industry showed an overall growth trend.Technological innovation is the source of enterprise’s core competitiveness.Accelerating the pace of innovation and improving the efficiency of enterprise innovation will make our country develop from a big country to a powerful country of new energy automobiles.Research on the technology innovation efficiency of new energy automobile is relatively rare.Most of the existing research on technological innovation of new energy automobile adopts theoretical methods,which are not systematic and comprehensive enough.Therefore,this paper empirically analyses the technological innovation efficiency of new energy automobiles from the enterprise level.On this basis,it studies the influencing factors of innovation efficiency.Suggestions on strategies are put forward according to the conclusions of the study.They can be used for reference for the healthy and sustainable development of China’s new energy automobile industry.Specific research contents are as follows:This article mainly divides into three parts to carry on the analysis.The first part is the first and second chapters of this paper.It mainly summarizes the content and technical route of this study.They provide a clear theoretical framework for this study.In addition,the literature review on the efficiency of technological innovation is made and the development of new energy automobile technology in China is analyzed.The second part is the third and fourth chapters of this paper.The third chapter adopts the method of combining theory with practice.Combining the technological innovation characteristics of new energy automobile enterprises,it establish of Input-Output Index System and static evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of new energy automobile by DEA.It dynamic evaluate of innovation efficiency using the Malmquist Index Method.This paper analyses the development of technological innovation efficiency of domestic new energy automobile enterprises from 2012 to 2017.The fourth chapter excavates the influencing factors based on the analysis of technological innovation efficiency.The Tobit regression model is used to study the effects of these factors on technological innovation efficiency.The third part is the fifth and sixth chapters of this paper.The fifth chapter,according to the research conclusion and combining with the existing problems of technological innovation efficiency of new energy automobile enterprises in our country,it puts forward the targeted improvement measures.These measures provide decision-making basis for the government and enterprises.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.The empirical results show that:first,the innovation input and output activities of new energy automobile enterprises in China are increasing.But the overall innovation ability of the industry is weak.The innovation efficiency is in the middle level.There is still much room for improvement.Second,the change of technological progress index is consistent with the change of total factor productivity.The decline of total factor productivity of new energy automobile enterprises is caused by technological retrogression.Third,among the influencing factors,enterprise scale,enterprise growth ability,enterprise R&D investment and government subsidies are positively correlated with innovation efficiency,while ownership concentration and workers’ quality have no significant impact on innovation efficiency.Fourth,enterprise scale and R&D investment have no direct impact on total factor productivity and technological progress of enterprises.Enterprise growth ability,ownership concentration and government support have significant positive impaction on total factor productivity and technological progress index of enterprises.Based on the results of this study,some suggestions are put forward for the development of new energy automobile industry.First,we should cultivate local enterprises of new energy automobiles and enhance brand building.Through the implementation of diversified development strategy,form industrial scale and improve enterprise scale efficiency.Second,enterprise should increase R&D innovation investment through strengthening independent R&D and broadening financing channels and promoting industry-university-research cooperation.Third,the construction of new energy automobile industry chain is improved and the coordinated development of upstream and downstream enterprises is promoted.Fourth,we should strengthen talent management and improve the mechanism of talent development.Innovative talents are cultured and the ability of enterprise innovation is enhanced.Fifth,the government actively supports the development of new energy automobiles in terms of policies and funds.They optimize the innovation environment and improve the innovation efficiency.Sixth,we should build a new energy automobile collaborative innovation system and make full use of innovative resources to improve innovation efficiency.The overall development of the new energy automobile industry is promoted.
