Research On The Technological Innovation Efficiency And Output Influencing Factors Of Beijing High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry

With the development of society,the development of the global manufacturing industry is undergoing huge changes.The manufacturing powers in Europe,America,and Japan have introduced related policies to adapt to the development of the new era of manufacturing.At the same time,with the advent of the 5G era,the integration of manufacturing technologies such as industrial automation and intelligence is a potential development trend.This series of development trends will make the manufacturing industry undergo a major change from the concept and even the entire industrial value chain.This paper has analysed the science and technology innovation of its advanced equipment manufacturing industry based on the aforementioned ambient background,with the concentration on the area of Beijing.Initially,the DEA(data envelopment analysis)method has been applied to evaluate the efficiency level of the science and technology innovation of the 16 advanced equipment manufacturing industry.The results are: from 2012 to 2018,the trend analysis found the number of DEA effective companies has not reached half in these 7 years,and the average DEA efficiency calculated by the arithmetic mean is above 0.6 in all years,but this value is in a decreasing trend in 2018 compared to the previous year.Those indicate that the technological innovation effect of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is good in recent years,but there are still a few companies with effective DEA.From 2012 to 2018,the industry is in a changing trend of decreasing the number of companies in a decreasing scale and increasing the number of enterprises with increasing returns to scale,although the number of enterprises with increasing returns to scale is increasing,but there are still few companies that have achieved DEA effectiveness.Beijing's highend equipment manufacturing technology innovation is at an immature stage,and the efficiency of its technology innovation needs to be further improved.At the same time,in 2018,non-DEA effective companies all had excessive innovation input and far insufficient output.Then,the research on the influencing factors of technological innovation output of Beijing's high-end equipment manufacturing industry was carried out.The analysis results show that in the influencing factors studied in this article,the internal investment of enterprises,market benefits and policy environment,market efficiency is the most influential factors,which have a significant positive impact on the number of patent applications and the output value of new products in the industry.The internal investment of enterprises has a significant positive impact on the output of scientific and technological innovation,but this has a significant positive impact on the number of patent applications and a small effect on the output value of new products.The policy environment has no significant impact on the technological innovation output of Beijing's high-end equipment manufacturing industry.The last part of the paper has combined the efficiency of science and technology innovation and the factors of production effect to propose the related inspiration of management for Beijing advanced equipment manufacturing industry.The inspiration includes: the investment of industry interior,the human-oriented measurement on scientific research funds,the incentives,and the industry rules and regulations etc.In terms of market effectiveness,expanding market share internationally and increasing export demand;domestically,with the premise of ensuring the orderly development of high-end equipment manufacturing products for military or large-scale infrastructure,the domestic potential market is fully valued;in terms of policy environment,we should start with industry plans,laws and regulations,fiscal policies,personnel training,etc.,don't over-investment,and all serve the construction of a reasonable industry market environment.
