Study On The Regional Design Of Resort Hotels In The Qiang Region Of Western Sichuan

The Qiang Region of western Sichuan,which collects the essence of nature and has regional ethnic characteristics,has gradually entered the public view after the “5.12” earthquake.With the advancement of society,the improvement of living conditions,and the increasing demand for tourism,the characteristics of the beautiful natural environment and unique ethnic customs of the Qiang Region inn western Sichuan attract many tourists.Meanwhile,the number of development and construction projects has also increased.Resort hotels in the Qiang region of western Sichuan have been developed as a necessary service facility.If the resort hotels,as one of the indispensable service facilities in the tourist area of western Sichuan,could integrate the regional features into the design of the hotel,the development and construction of the hotels can inherit the regional features of the area and can add to it.At the same time,it can also increase the market competitiveness.The theme of this paper is the regional design of the resort hotels in the Qiang region of western Sichuan.The study combines the traditional architectural space,building materials and structure,decorative features of the Qiang region,and the requirements and status quo of the resort hotels in the area,and proposed a theoretical system and plan that reflects the regionality of the hotel building.Based on the relevant theory,the paper takes the traditional Qiang architecture and regional resort hotels in western Sichuan as the research object,taking the architectural design process as the order,and using the literature research method,the field research method and the questionnaire analysis method.The paper conducts a study from the space,materials and construction,and decoration of the architectural design of the regional resort hotels.This paper also analyzes the characteristics of traditional Qiang architecture,the “new”requirements of tourists in Qiang region of western Sichuan,the existing expressions of regional resort hotels complemented by space,building materials,structure and decoration,as well as the status quo of the hotels in Qiang region.Based on the above analysis,this paper explores a way to help the regional continuity for the resort hotels in the Qiang region of Western Sichuan.Through the regional design study of the resort hotels in the Qiang region of western Sichuan,the study can theoretically promote the development of resort hotels industry and supplement the regional theory of the Qiang region of western Sichuan.Then,it is conducive to the inheritance and protection of history,and can provide reference for the design of resort hotels in the Qiang region of western Sichuan.Finally,this study can supplement the regional theory of the Qiang region of western Sichuan.
