The Research On The Landscape Design Of Resort Hotels

Tourism industry in China is rapid developing with the development of globaltourist. The resort industry is also have a development opportunity. Compared withforeign resort industry, our resort development and construction started later, so thereare many shortcomings, such as the blind pursuit of luxury and style, the lack ofscientific and unified planning, homogenization of serious, self-obvious features,resulting in serious waste and increasing social costs of tourism resources. In thisthesis, based on the landscape ecology, tourism environmental consciousness,landscape aesthetics theory, we analyzed the booming holiday resort characteristicsunder different classification, and found the typical characteristics of majority of theresort view in China, such as vacation with the surrounding landscape environmentcoordinated the integration of architecture and landscape hotel, resort landscape witha strong geographical characteristics and focus on expression and cultural connotationof the landscape to create space; proposed resort landscape design on this basis mustbe to protect and develop the local environment, the overall unified planning,focusing on regional expression and people-oriented, such as thinking as the guidingprinciple, by analyzing the base of landscape resources, venues natural conditions,landscape ecological functions, rational organization and planning of the landscapespace, highlighting the protection of resort areas of resources and the environment,geographical and cultural connotations mining and resort environment, creating anatmosphere. To Washdrug Lake Resort Nanchang, Jiangxi Meiling scenic area as theexample, we conducted field research and studied the overall layout to the trafficswim line layout, landscape view corridor, site topography, and other nodes wereevaluated its landscape design pros and cons; revetment from water, plantconfiguration, lighting, retaining walls and other structures and sketches andelemental analysis of specific landscape features and shortcomings of its landscapedesign in theory and practice. furtherly we emphasized resort landscape design mustincorporate local natural and human environment, to protect and develop the premiseof the integrated use of a variety of design techniques, efforts to tap regionallandscape features, created their own unique personality traits common in resortlandscape in order to enhance their brand image.
