Design And Development Of Railway Resources Integrated Management System Based On WebGIS

The railway transport industry in China is developing by leaps and bounds.The distribution of railway resources is becoming wider and wider,and the amount of data is increasing.A large number of basic attribute data and spatial data generated by railway transport market are the basis of information sharing.Using database technology to manage all kinds of scattered resource data in a centralized way,at the same time,integrating and visually displaying the spatial information and attribute information of railway resources with the help of network geographic information system,these methods are important means to realize railway informatization,railway resource element visualization and comprehensive management of all kinds of data,which can effectively improve the level of railway management.In this paper,Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 is used as the development platform,SQL Server 2014 is used as the attribute data management tool,ArcGIS Server is used to manage geospatial data and provide spatial query service,ArcMap 10.2.2 is used as the railway network schematic diagram creation and publishing platform,and a three-tier architecture is adopted.In view of some shortcomings of traditional railway resource management system,such as only text information query can be performed,and the data visualization degree is low.Only specific information of a certain department is managed in a single way,and the comprehensive management level of different types of data is low,which is not conducive to information sharing.The system has low efficiency in processing a large amount of data,especially when processing a large amount of the fusion data of attribute data and spatial data,it is easy to lead to system collapse and other problems.This paper designs and develops a comprehensive management system of railway resources.The biggest characteristic of this system is to use WebGIS technology to realize the visual display of railway resource data.Firstly,the key technologies involved in the system development are introduced.Secondly,the data types required by the system are analyzed and the functional requirements are analyzed.On this basis,the system database and functions are designed in detail.The system function modules are divided into four major modules: basic data maintenance,map browsing,resource management and statistical report management.Among them,the map browsing module and resource management module are the core function modules of the system.The map browsing module mainly realizes the display of railway network schematics,space-attribute mutual query,scaling,translation,eagle eye,etc.The resource management module mainly realizes the display,query and export of resource data such as railway stations,lines,transportation enterprises,passenger trains,special lines,etc.Taking the railway networks of Lanzhou Railway Administration,Urumqi Railway Bureau and Qinghai-Tibet Railway Bureau under the jurisdiction of Lanzhou Railway Supervision and Administration Bureau as examples,the system re-establishes the schematics model of the railway network according to the style of the subway map,presents the railway network schematics to users in an intuitive and beautiful form.On this basis,WebGIS technology based on ArcGIS API for JavaScript and database technology are organically integrated to realize the organic integration of spatial data and attribute data on the railway network schematics.Users can query the railway resource data integrated with attribute information and spatial information in one step.This not only has important practical significance for realizing the visualization and informationization of resources supervision in railway transportation market,but also makes a beneficial exploration to apply WebGIS technology to the development of railway resources management system.The main research contents of this paper are summarized as follows:First,research and summarize the key technologies used in system development,including WebGIS technology,ArcGIS Server platform technology,ArcGIS API for JavaScript technology.Second,system users,data and functions are analyzed.On this basis,the system overall design is carried out,including the principles to be followed in the system design,the system overall architecture,the system data flow,the system database,statistical reports and system function.Third,developing the system and elaborating the realization method of the system.The development environment of the system is introduced,and the implementation and effects of the data access layer,business logic layer and interface presentation layer of the system are described in detail.Finally,this paper summarizes the research and puts forward the direction of future development.
