Study On The Construction Project Risk Management Of The BIM Training Room In NN University

With the continuous development and application of BIM technology in the construction industry in recent years,domestic universities with architectural specialty are actively promoting the construction and operation of BIM training room,and BIM training room has gradually become the focus of many colleges and universities.This paper takes the BIM training room construction project of NN University as the research object,uses the analytical structure method to decompose the whole process of the project,identifies the risk elements in each stage of the project by using the methods of project comparison,brainstorming and interview,and constructs the list of risk elements of the BIM training room construction project of NN University,and then uses the model synthetically.Fuzzy evaluation method,scenario prediction method,expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process are used to quantitatively evaluate the identified 18 potential risk factors.Determined the key risk factors of 9 projects,such as"the research effect is not up to expectation","the examination and approval process of relevant departments is complex","the preparation of bidding documents is inappropriate",risk management experience in the implementation of the project is summarized comprehensively,and a set of BIM training room construction in Colleges and universities is established,providing experience reference for risk management of similar projects.
