Research On Project Risk Management Of Sports Training Base Based On SNA

Since the reform and opening up,under the high attention and strong leadership of the party and the state,China's sports have developed vigorously,and the overall level of competitive sports has leaped to the forefront of the world,which is closely related to the huge investment in competitive sports under the "national system".Especially since the successful bid for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,China has successively built and transformed a large number of modern sports,and the training base is used to ensure competitive sports training,and ultimately help the Chinese Legion to achieve outstanding results in the Beijing Olympic Games.At the same time,it also greatly enhances China's ability to host major international sports events.In September 2019,the State Council issued the outline of building a strong sports country,which promotes the construction of a strong sports country to a national strategy,and emphasizes that in the new era development stage,the construction of competitive sports training base will increase investment and put forward higher requirements.Under the current administrative system of sports affairs in China,the construction and management of sports training base projects are mostly led by the national and provincial sports administrative departments,while the project itself has the characteristics of large building volume,high investment amount,involving many stakeholders,strong professional complexity,high standard requirements and great social influence,which leads to project construction management It is very difficult and risky,so it is very important to study the risk management of sports training base construction project.Based on social network analysis(SNA),this paper systematically studies the risk factors of sports training base construction projects,aiming to provide new ideas for the risk management of such projects.First of all,the paper expounds the relevant theories of sports training base,project risk management and social network analysis.Through the analysis and research of the relevant literature at home and abroad,as well as the field investigation of many projects,17 representative sports training base project risk factors are identified and classified according to the whole life cycle of the project and the two-dimensional perspective of stakeholders Class.Secondly,questionnaire survey is used to investigate the influence relationship between risk factors.According to the survey results,the adjacency matrix of risk factors' influence relationship is established.Then,the social network model of risk factors' influence relationship is constructed based on SNA,and the network model is analyzed from three levels of overall network,block model network and individual network respectively.Finally,five core risk factors are concluded Prime.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding control measures for the core risk factors,and tests the control effect with SNA.At the same time,it makes an empirical analysis based on the actual cases.The results show that after the core risk factors are effectively controlled,the test indexes of the project risk network model have a significant decline,which shows that the research results of this paper have some achievements Practical significance.
