Study On Risk Management Of Chunhui International Garden Landscape Project In Nanchang City

With the rapid growth of China's economy,people pay more and more attention to the natural environment,which makes the number of landscape projects is also increasing,while bringing good opportunities for the development of landscape industry.With the rapid development of landscape industry,people pay more and more attention to the environment they live in,which makes the competition of landscape enterprises more intense.Intense competition,difficult implementation and immature market have brought great hidden dangers to landscape engineering.In addition,there are few studies on risk management of landscape engineering in China.Therefore,there is an urgent need to use the theory and method of risk management to study the risk management of landscape engineering,so as to add strength to the risk management field of landscape engineering.Landscape engineering belongs to the final stage of construction projects,which has the characteristics of ordinary construction projects,but also has its own unique characteristics.Taking the landscape project of Chunhui International Residential Area in Nanchang as an example,based on the theory of risk management,this paper systematically analyzed the various risks in the construction of landscape project of Chunhui International Residential Area in Nanchang by using the theory of risk identification and risk evaluation in the theory of risk management.Through scientific risk management methods,the project can be implemented smoothly,providing the basis for the implementation of landscape engineering projects in the future,and also providing reference for the study of other similar projects in the field of landscape architecture.
