The construction of urban subways inevitably passes through existing buildings.Among them,the subway tunnel passing through the railway in operation is a typical approach construction condition,which has the characteristics of high risk,high difficulty,and high uncertainty.As a product of high information technology,BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,optimization,simulation,etc.,and plays an important role in the entire life cycle of a building.This article relies on the actual working conditions of Chengdu Metro Line 5 passing through the throat area of the railway.The application of BIM technology to tunnel underpass construction aims to study the idea of combining traditional construction and BIM technology to ensure the safety of underpass construction,and ensure the safety of railway operations,and comprehensively improve the information level of tunnel construction.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Summarized the deformation control schemes for tunnel underpass construction,analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of various ground reinforcement measures.A high-precision double-layer pipe shed and tracking grouting plan are proposed to reinforce the stratum under the throat area,and the application of BIM technology in the project is proposed,that is,BIM-based deformation analysis,information monitoring,and schedule cost management,etc.established a research framework.(2)The mainstream BIM model modeling platform was compared and selected,and Revit software was selected as the modeling platform to establish the BIM model.Completed the decomposition of the underpass construction engineering structure,determined the modeling standards and accuracy,completed the establishment of the overall BIM model of the tunnel underpass construction,added model information,and optimized the defects of the original two-dimensional design using the BIM model.(3)The method of converting the BIM model to the finite element calculation model was studied,and the idea of converting the model with the intermediate file was proposed.The low-precision tunnel underpass construction BIM model was imported into the Flac 3D calculation software,and different working conditions were set to verify the deformation control measures of the tunnel underpass construction.The settlement value is 2.82 mm,which is 61.16% less than the settlement underpass without any measures,which meets the settlement control requirements.(4)The idea of combining BIM technology with monitoring technology was put forward.Established a remote automatic settlement monitoring system,combined with computer programming technology,carried out the secondary development of Revit software,established a BIM-based information monitoring and alarm system,realized the linkage of monitoring data and BIM models,and realized the visualization of monitoring data.Improve the level of monitoring information.(5)The idea of applying BIM technology to the progress and cost management of tunnel underpass construction was put forward.Based on the BIM model,a BIM-based underpass construction schedule management model and cost management model were established,leveraging the advantages of BIM technology such as simulation and optimization.The results show that BIM technology can improve the accuracy and rationality of construction schedule cost management,and provide a guarantee for the achievement of construction period and cost targets.
