Research On Engineering Cost Management Based On Cloud Computing

Cloud computing has created a new revolution in information technology,bringing about changes in production,lifestyle and business models.Cloud computing technology has obvious advantages,it can improve the quality and efficiency of enterprises,and reduce energy consumption,to meet the diverse needs of users.In this paper,the basic principle of project cost and its structural elements as the research object,to the information management perspective,through the research methods of literature analysis and case comparison,in order to provide valuable reference for the engineering cost management of enterprises.This paper argues that: because of the overall level of China's engineering cost industry is still very backward,it is urgent to upgrade and update the cost of the project.Engineering cost information management and cloud computing technology perfect fusion,by the cloud provider or supplier to provide cloud services platform and personalized cost management of enterprise "cloud" products,the cost management of enterprises as the user can use cloud services through leasing or purchase of cloud platform software form.Only the integration of cloud computing and engineering cost industry can improve the management level and international competitiveness of engineering cost information.Its significance is that the construction cost management based on cloud computing will change the business model of enterprises and create new economic growth points for construction enterprises.Based on the theory of engineering cost and cloud computing technology,this paper analyzes the types and infrastructure of cloud computing deployment.The structural elements of the project cost as a starting point,analysis of cloud computing project cost management based on the practical application,and proposed to build a cloud platform in the form of cost management of enterprises to provide a software application or platform rental services.The research work of this paper is mainly concentrated on the following points:(1)compare the cost management enterprise informatization level through literature analysis,find the urgency of cost management enterprise applying cloud computing,and propose how to apply cloud computing in construction cost management.(2)the cloud computing technology and engineering cost as the basis theory,and analysis of the cloud computing deployment type and its basic architecture,computing technology applied in cost management of cloud from the perspective of the basic principle of project cost.(3)taking the basic construction elements of engineering cost as the basic principle of engineering cost: engineering quantity,consumption coefficient and unit price as the object of study,and analyzing the fusion application of related construction elements and cloud computing technology.Cost management enterprises in order to obtain low-cost management of cloud services,you can rent platform or buy applications through the use of cloud services,that is,platform or software based service form.(4)design and solve the application of cloud computing technology in engineering cost management.Through the construction of cloud computing infrastructure,deployment of service types and basic Cloud Architecture,according to the needs of enterprise cost management standardization module design,and configuration of resource optimization and management platform,realize the principle of project cost under the cloud based management.(5)select the cloud pricing products with higher market share as the research case,and analyze the application of cost management function based on cloud computing technology.
