With the continuous expansion of China’s construction scale,the management of cost engineering has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life.In order to ensure economic benefits,construction engineering units must strengthen the dynamic management of project cost and run it through the whole process of project implementation.How to strengthen the dynamic management of project cost is an urgent problem in our country.In the process of project control,"earned value method" is used to find the deviation of cost control.The supply chain principle is used to control the cost and correct the deviation in time,improve the information management level,reasonably and efficiently control the project cost,and realize the dynamic control of the project cost.First of all,this paper combs the relevant theories of engineering cost,and reviews the research on the management mode of engineering cost in the field of engineering construction at home and abroad.On this basis,based on sufficient investigation and research,this paper puts forward the view that the whole process of dynamic control of engineering cost should be fully implemented in all stages of construction project bidding,engineering construction,engineering final accounts,etc.In this paper,five key dynamic management concepts and their specific connotation are systematically and deeply analyzed,including price change factor,quantity change factor,contract management factor,information management factor and team building factor.The theory and specific evaluation index system of "earned value method" are emphasized,and then the specific deviation in project cost is analyzed through "earned value method".After finding the problem and cost deviation,we use the supply chain principle to correct the deviation,solve the problem reasonably and efficiently,and optimize the project cost.Because it is necessary to deal with a large amount of data by using the principle of supply chain,traditional manual input is far from efficient,so it is necessary to timely use information management means,be familiar with all links of information process,establish information management system,and achieve the purpose of dynamic control of project cost;especially the chain structure management mode under the condition of information technology can make enterprises very good.To adapt to the environment of big data,give full play to the competitive advantages of enterprises,and provide new ideas for enterprises to solve problems such as cost.Taking the engineering project of s construction company as an example,this paper analyzes and evaluates some problems existing in the construction process by using the "earned value method",solves some problems faced in the project by using the supply chain theory,controls the cost,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to improve the cost control level.This case proves the importance and necessity of "earned value method",supply chain principle and informatization management in dynamic control of project cost.This paper hopes that this research can help enterprises to tap their own potential,achieve the cost objectives of enterprises,and maximize the benefits of enterprises.
