Research On Cost Management Of YuGuang Highway Electromechanical Engineering Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of highway industry,expressway plays an increasingly important role in the economic and social construction,but at the same time,the market competition of expressway construction is becoming more and more fierce.With the continuous increase of material price and labor cost The cost of the enterprise is rising continuously,the profit declines continuously,which seriously affects the survival and development of the enterprise.The cost control problem of expressway is more and more the focus of enterprises.Electromechanical engineering is a subsidiary project in the construction of expressway,but it has the characteristics of short construction period,large investment scale and high quality requirement.Therefore,in the mechanical and electrical engineering projects in the required time,schedule and quality assurance under the premise of good control of construction costs,each construction enterprises need to address the practical problems.Based on the theory of project cost management,this paper explores the cost management of electromechanical engineering projects in expressway based on the construction of project cost management system.The first part of the paper describes the status quo of the project,describes the status quo of project management in the expressway industry,and describes the status quo of project cost management;The second part is the present situation analysis,based on the status of mechanical and electrical engineering projects,highway electromechanical project cost analysis,mainly from the influencing factors,problems and analysis of these problems to illustrate the highway electromechanical engineering present problems and problems analysis;The third part is the construction of the cost management system.In view of the current problems in the cost control of mechanical and electrical engineering projects and the causes of the cost deviation,combining the cost data of the actual project,the cost control management system is constructed through engineering practice,Method and target cost method to implement the project cost management,and achieved the expected cost management results.The main achievements of the paper are as follows: Firstly,the paper analyzes the cost structure of electromechanical engineering project,its influencing factors and the existing problems;Secondly,it constructs the cost management system of YuGuang expressway project;Thirdly,in view of the problems existing in the project cost control,the causes of production cost deviation were found out.Combined with the actual cost data,the cost control management system was applied to study the effectiveness of the costing and costing methods.
