Combined with current research situation of personnel fatigue risk management at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the precious experience and shortcomings of the existing achievement,clarifying the background and significance of this thesis and putting forward the research method and technical route of this study.Referring to domestic and international documentation,the paper has established the theoretical basis of fatigue risk management of urban rail transit.Adopting mature self-assessment form of fatigue,the article has analyzed current management situation of personnel fatigue in urban rail transit industry.By Likert scale,this paper have collected preliminary data of personnel fatigue distribution among signal maintenance workers in one urban rail transit operating company,confirming that the totoal fatigue average score of these 117 workers is 55.09±18.76.According to the average score,the average fatigue level of signal maintenance workers in front-line is medium.Reviewing documents and experts interviews,this thesis has recognized the influencing factors towards fatigue risk of signal maintenance workers.According to operation characteristics of signal maintenance personnel,the paper has listed 17 factors related to fatigue of signal maintenance workers.On this basis,the article has designed questionnaire about influencing factors of signal maintenance workers' fatigue and fatigue condition of these workers.Through collecting sampled data and analyzing the data's reliability and validity,the paper has established evaluation index system of influencing factors of fatigue risk of maintenance personnel.The evaluation system is consisted of 4 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators.Furthermore,10 relevant experts have done back-to-back scoring to this system,evaluating fatigue influencing factors options by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),analyzing the major factors influencing signal maintenance workers that are confirmed by the pareto optimality method.All of these analysis and research laying a theoretical foundation has promoted fatigue risk platform management of urban rail transit personnel.In conclusion,based on comparision of fatigue condition of signal maintenance workers in different posts and evaluating results of fatigue influencing factors,this paper has proposed the management countermeasures towards fatigue risk of urban rail transit personnel comprehensively.In this paper,there are 13Figures,34tables,53references...
